Rent & Legal Insurance
We conduct in-depth quality checks on all prospective tenants and you receive copies of these. We are one of the few agents to offer FREE rent and legal insurance with a NIL excess, subject to Terms and Conditions. The cost of rent insurance has increased hugely since the COVID 19 pandemic and a lot of companies will no longer offer this or the cover will be greatly reduced.
Tenancy Agreement
We prepare the tenancy agreement and this is signed digitally. Tenancy agreements are updated regularly to comply with new legal requirements.
Independent Inventories and Inspections
We use an independent inventory company to prepare all inventories which is essential as any disputes cannot be proven otherwise. Our Managed Service includes independent quarterly inspections and ‘check-outs’ when the tenants vacate.
Property Management
Landlords are required by law to repair and maintain their rental properties. We deal with all requirements, using local contractors and keep you informed of all works and associated costs.
